Payments are due on the 1st of every month. While you can cancel at any time, payments are nonrefundable, and no prorated refunds are provided. Payment is required at the time of booking with Jess Be Fitness.
Just bring yourself! We provide free water if you forget yours.
Each class session lasts 40-45 minutes.
No, there is no signed contract.
Memberships are valid for 4 weeks, with renewal required each month.
Yes, Jess Be Fitness believes accountability is crucial. We’ve created a positive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and motivated.

Classes are held Monday through Friday, with a bonus session every other Saturday. Available times are:
- 5 AM
- 6 AM
- 6 PM
- 7 PM (Advanced)
- 8 PM
Classes are scheduled Monday through Friday. If you need to switch times, Jessica is understanding and can accommodate changes when necessary.
